Do you offer printing or calligraphy services or custom wedding stationery design?

We no longer provide any form of custom services (lettering, calligraphy, custom printing, stationery design, etc.) due to the growth of our wholesale and retail business.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 9am EST on a weekday will typically ship that same day (talk about lightning quick!). Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Orders will not ship on the weekends or any national holidays. Also, keep an eye on that inbox— we’ll let you know when your order is headed your way!

Unless another shipping option is selected, orders ship via USPS First Class Mail from our studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Delivery time within the continental US typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days; however, there have been instances where it’s taken a bit longer to arrive.

I live in Charleston— can I stop by your studio and pick up my online order?

Sure thing! Our local pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 5:00pm. Select the local pickup option at online checkout, and we’ll follow up via email when your order is ready for pickup at our studio. Local pickup orders are usually ready same-day

Do you ship internationally?

We do! All international orders ship from our studio in Charleston, South Carolina via USPS First Class Mail International (or USPS Priority Mail International). Delivery time ranges depending on each country, and we’re not able to guarantee an arrival date due to the intricacies involving customs (and every so often a package can get stick in customs). Please be aware that we can’t be responsible for these delays, as it’s nearly impossible to track a package once it leaves our country.

Important detail: You, as the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs that may be charged at customs.

What happens if there’s something wrong with my order? (For example, I received the wrong item or the package arrived damaged.)

Please let us know as soon as possible by email orders or phone 1-843-608-8465 during normal business hours, and we’ll get everything straightened out. We’ll gladly correct any error we made with your order at no cost to you. If your package was damaged during shipment, save the package for return and for inspection for insurance purposes by the shipping carrier.

Do you accept returns on merchandise?

We do not accept returns on orders unless there we made an error with your order or the package arrived damaged.

Can you make a custom one-off card for me?

Due to the labor-intensive process of letterpress printing, we’re unable to design and/or print a single custom card. A bummer, yes, but don’t worry— we have over 200 greeting card styles to choose from!

Can I change the ink color? Or paper color?

We carefully select all of our ink and paper colors to work with the INK MEETS PAPER® collection as a whole. As a result, we’re unable to offer customizations for specific cards.

I’m visiting Charleston— can I come see your studio?

Absolutely! Our flagship store and production studio are located in the same building in the the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. Our hours are 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We look forward to seeing you!
