New Place Congrats

New Place Congrats captures one of life’s most exciting milestones with a hand-drawn mid-century door, complete with a tiny welcome mat that adds just the right finishing touch. Whether your friend just closed on a house, signed a lease on their first apartment, or finally snagged that dream condo, this is the congratulations card for a new home that actually feels personal. Allison’s illustration brings warmth and character to the design, and each card is letterpress printed one color at a time on thick cotton paper at our Greenville, SC studio. The impression is deep and tactile. It’s the kind of detail that turns a greeting card into something worth displaying on the new mantel. Blank inside so your housewarming wishes land in your own handwriting. Paired with our signature envelope.
