Hello, Spring!

Hooray for longer days filled with sunshine and warmer weather! We’re welcoming the buttercups that are peeking their heads through the ground– it seemed like winter dragged on way too long this year (and, admittedly, we’re winter wimps living here in the south, and we felt for all of you stuck with so much snow and ice).
We’re kicking off springtime with a couple of new Easter designs– each featuring a bright, cheery coral ink to combat the last bit of the winter blues.

Winter Holiday Cards 2013

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is only a few short weeks away (ahhhh!). But it’s not too late to send out handwritten cards to friends and family. We added three new cards to our line this year (bringing our winter holiday collection to seventeen designs).

We focused on classic holiday icons, and each design is hand drawn: a tree, ornament, and gift. Paired with our signature kraft envelope, they’ll definitely bring handwritten holiday cheer.

National Stationery Show: Almost There

If you’ve been following along with our Twitter and Instagram feeds, you’ve probably noticed lots of talk about the upcoming National Stationery Show (which is the trade show for all things paper). We’re super excited to be debuting our line this year (booth no. 2267), and we’ve also been working around the clock to get all of the details in place (less than three weeks to go!). It’s amazing how many components there are– from building and shipping booth walls and materials to developing and producing new products. These past few months have been a bit of a whirlwind.
We’re so excited to meet new shops and buyers though (and are really looking forward to meeting our current accounts in person), and we can’t wait to introduce all sorts of new INK MEETS PAPER products.

In the meantime, here’s a little sneak peek of what we’ve got up our sleeves.

If you’re attending NSS this year, we’d love to meet you– please drop by and say hello at booth no. 2267!

Lowcountry Artist Market

We’re rolling into beautiful spring days here in Charleston, and we’re looking forward to a day of beautiful weather for tomorrow’s Lowcountry Artist Market. We’ll be set up downtown at the Music Farm (32 Ann Street) from 10am until 3pm, and we’d love to see your smiling faces. The Charleston Farmers Market in Marion Square kicks off tomorrow too, so it’s the perfect day to drop by both markets and stock up local produce and handmade goods.

We’ll be stocked with plenty of cheery, springtime cards as well as cards for graduation and Mother’s Day.

See you tomorrow!

Easter Candy and Easter Cards

How cute are these little plush Peeps? They’ve been enjoying some time in the studio hanging out with the jars of confetti and helping with print runs since Easter is just around the corner (this Sunday to be exact).

We might be biased, but we think our hand-drawn Easter Eggs letterpress card is the perfect addition to an Easter basket, nestled right next to all of that Easter candy.

And speaking of candy, I’m pretty sure Easter might just take the award of best holiday candy offerings. The favorites at INK MEETS PAPER:

Jamie – Peeps

Allison – Cadbury Creme Eggs

Darcy – Robin’s Eggs

What’s your favorite Easter candy?
